The ministry explained that the service includes civilians, military personnel, and retirees whose salaries are domiciled with Al-Rafidain Bank, where the link is temporarily closed upon completing the designated number to audit requests and conduct credit inquiries, with amounts subsequently deposited into the accounts of eligible beneficiaries.

This procedure comes within the framework of government efforts to facilitate loan issuance and banking financing procedures according to approved regulations, while emphasizing the necessity of relying exclusively on official channels to avoid fraud operations.
