Sources indicated that a large turnout at distribution centers led to overcrowding and administrative delays, forcing many students and their families to wait outdoors for hours.

In response, students and educators have urged educational authorities to streamline the distribution process by deploying digital platforms or more efficient logistical methods to expedite transactions and safeguard public safety during the summer heatwave.
