Hamas announced on Wednesday the martyrdom of its military wing commander, Mohammed Oudeh, as a result of an Israeli airstrike that targeted a building in Gaza City yesterday evening. The movement clarified in an official statement that the bombardment also led to the martyrdom of his wife and two of his children. The statement noted that the late commander was among the prominent figures who contributed to the planning and preparation of the October 7th operations.
