The commission stated in a release that Al-Lami stressed during the meeting that the concerted efforts of state institutions and society represent a fundamental pillar for oversight bodies, enhancing their ability to pursue corruption, track its proceeds and recover ill-gotten funds, praising the continued support from the Presidency of the Republic for anti-corruption efforts.
For his part, the head of the Presidency Diwan commended the Integrity Commission's efforts and its recent campaigns that led to prosecuting those involved in corruption cases at the expense of public money, expressing hope for cleansing state institutions and supporting honest employees.
