According to a report by Mada Al-Rafidain News, Iraq has become a major indirect confrontation arena within the ongoing conflict between the United States, Israel, and Iran. Iraqi sovereign and economic institutions are facing continuous attacks.

Field data indicates that Tehran has adopted a strategy to expand the confrontation scope to relieve pressure on itself. The Iraqi arena has witnessed an increase in mutual bombings, including attacks on US sites, targeted assassinations of faction leaders, and strikes on oil infrastructure.

Targeted US facilities included the Victory Base in Baghdad, the US Embassy, and the Harir base in Erbil. Conversely, targeted assassinations struck field commanders in armed factions to sever coordination and command lines.
