A number of areas in southern Lebanon and Mount Lebanon were subjected to a series of Israeli airstrikes, including the targeting of a building housing displaced families in the town of Saksakiyeh. Lebanese media sources reported that an Israeli airstrike targeted the town of Ain Baal in southern Lebanon, simultaneously with the targeting of a car on the Al-Saadiyat coastal road in Mount Lebanon by an Israeli drone. Another strike hit a building in the town of Saksakiyeh in southern Lebanon, which was housing families displaced from southern areas. Reports confirmed that civil defense teams began search and debris removal operations, working to extract the bodies of victims and the injured from the targeted building. The area also witnessed an additional strike by an Israeli drone on the Damour coastal road in Mount Lebanon, amid continued intensive drone overflights in Lebanese airspace.
