Ministry of Finance Discusses Strengthening Economic Partnership and Trade with Thai Prime Minister

dijlahpoint - The Minister of Finance discussed with the Prime Minister of Thailand prospects for enhancing economic partnership, expanding trade exchange, and encouraging mutual investments between the two countries. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group, in the presence of the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq. The Iraqi side affirmed its aspiration to develop relations with friendly countries and activate investment opportunities supporting economic development efforts and diversifying national income sources, while the Thai side expressed its keenness to build a fruitful partnership serving common interests.
