The Ministry of Oil, through its petroleum products distribution companies, announced the release of the gas oil (diesel) quota for residential generators for July, in response to government directives aimed at easing the burden on citizens during the summer season. Generators will be supplied with 45 liters per "kV" free of charge, while the previous month's quota of 40 liters at a subsidized rate remains active. The Ministry urged generator owners to promptly collect their quotas and ensure a minimum of 20 hours of daily free operation, alternating with the national grid, in accordance with established regulations.
