The Ministry of Transport has approved the distribution of 100% of the profits of the General Company for Ports of Iraq to its employees, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law. The Ministry emphasized that this decision aims to support workers' rights and incentivize their professional efforts, noting its ongoing commitment to providing a productive work environment that boosts revenues and elevates affiliated entities to industry leaders. This approval recognizes the employees' dedication and follows the company's board of directors' authorization of the profit disbursement for the previous fiscal year, as well as the Federal Board of Supreme Audit's ratification of the company's financial accounts.
