The Governor of Najaf indicated expectations that the governorate's international airport will soon receive licensing from the Civil Aviation Authority after resolving all recorded violations. Authorities emphasized that the border crossing, alongside oil projects in the Al-Qarnain field, will significantly contribute to boosting the governorate's economic resources. Furthermore, an upcoming visit by an international delegation was revealed to discuss waste recycling projects funded by food security allocations.
