National Security Advisor Discusses Strengthening Joint Security and Intelligence Cooperation with Turkish Ambassador

National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Aboudi received the Turkish Ambassador to Baghdad, Anil Bora Inan, to discuss ways to enhance bilateral relations and joint coordination on security and strategic files. The meeting addressed mechanisms for developing relations between the two countries to serve mutual interests and maintain constructive cooperation at all levels, as well as exploring ways to achieve the highest degrees of regional stability through continued joint coordination. Al-Aboudi praised Turkey's effective role in supporting regional stability, noting the Iraqi government's inclination towards openness to friendly nations to establish strategic informational partnerships across all fields. He reiterated Iraq's constitutional commitment to preventing any activities that threaten the security and stability of neighboring countries and the world. For his part, the Turkish Ambassador congratulated Al-Aboudi on assuming his new position.
