National Security Advisor from Moscow: Iraq Rejects Settling Scores on Its Soil and Calls for Comprehensive International Dialogue

National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji stressed on Thursday that Iraq will not be an arena for settling regional or international scores. In his speech at the International Security Forum in Moscow, Al-Araji clarified that true stability is built on equal partnerships and dialogue, rather than military force. He condemned the military attacks on Iran and the targeting of civilians, reaffirming Iraq's commitment to its national sovereignty and its categorical refusal to allow its territory to be used to threaten neighboring countries. He also called on the international community to adopt a comprehensive approach to combating terrorism and organized crime, and to activate the role of international institutions away from the politics of polarization.
