The Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee denied today, Wednesday (May 6, 2026), the existence of any financial fees for reactivating ration card items for families of security apparatus members. It confirmed that the Cabinet's decision to lift the suspension of these items is proceeding according to approved legal procedures, immediately and without additional restrictions.
Committee member MP Yasser Tut explained that the issued circular aims to accelerate the implementation of the decision and apply it immediately to all relevant authorities. He noted that the suspension will remain only on the included member, with an exception for their family, allowing ration items to return directly to the families of officers and members.
