He explained that these measures led to imposing high financial fees on applicants, reaching 35,000 Iraqi dinars per transaction, considering this a drain on citizens' funds and an unjustified acquisition of state resources. This statement coincides with escalating parliamentary discussions demanding a review of investment and privatization contracts in service institutions, in response to citizens' complaints about the unjustified rise in administrative fees.
