The roundtable featured the academic researcher specializing in Iraqi economic affairs, Frank Gunter, to analyze the main features of the financial situation and provide scientific recommendations to address current challenges. The visit of Gunter, who previously served as an economic advisor to the US government, to Baghdad aims to prepare a comprehensive report assessing the political and economic conditions in Iraq and the region. The discussions focused on evaluating the reality of the Iraqi economy and exploring ways to formulate strategic recommendations that would support financial stability and contribute to addressing the structural imbalances faced by the country's economy.
