An investigative report by Mada Al-Rafidain News indicated that the assassination of senior Iranian leader Ali Larijani has exposed an unprecedented intelligence breach within Iran's inner leadership circle.

The absence of Larijani, who was considered a pivotal figure in balancing strategic decisions, has left a severe political vacuum. The Iranian leadership is facing extreme difficulty in finding a replacement with the same influence and ability to open negotiation channels.

The report noted that successive military strikes have caused a significant collapse in the command and control system within the IRGC, leading to difficulties in field communications and a decline in military coordination.
