dijlahpoint - The Supreme Judicial Council held its regular session chaired by the President of the Federal Court of Cassation, Judge Dr. Faiq Zaidan, witnessing the promotion of a number of judges and public prosecution members and the granting of judicial positions according to public interest.

The session began by paying tribute to the late retired judge Abdul Khaliq Imran Faris, before the council discussed what is being circulated on social media regarding announcements for qualification courses for Judicial Institute tests under various titles and entities.

The council affirmed that these courses and their outcomes are not officially recognized at all and have no connection to the judiciary, urging law degree holders to exercise utmost caution and avoid falling for such deceptive advertisements.
