Local currency markets in Iraq witnessed a noticeable increase in the exchange rates of the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar across three major provinces. In detail, markets in the capital, Baghdad, recorded a selling price of 157,500 dinars and a buying price of 157,000 dinars per $100. In Erbil province, selling prices settled at 156,800 dinars, compared to 156,250 dinars for buying. Meanwhile, in Basra province, the selling price reached 157,250 dinars, while the buying price was recorded at 156,750 dinars per $100.
