The Civil Defense Directorate announced that its teams have successfully gained full control over a massive fire that broke out in a building used for storing bicycles, paints, oils, and highly flammable materials in the Al-Dhilal area. The firefighting operations required continuous efforts that lasted for approximately 11 consecutive hours. Security sources confirmed that specialized teams initiated cooling operations immediately after extinguishing the flames to prevent reignition. The incident resulted in injuries to several Civil Defense officers and personnel during the line of duty, in addition to several workers sustaining various injuries while attempting to escape by jumping from the building during the blaze.
