The Federal Integrity Commission announced today, Wednesday (May 6, 2026), that the Iraqi Academy for Combating Corruption intends to sign a memorandum of understanding with the International Academy for Combating Corruption (IACA), as part of enhancing cooperation and exchanging expertise in the field of combating corruption.

The Commission stated that the Iraqi Academy organized 14 activities and events during last April, distributed among training courses, workshops, and a scientific symposium, in addition to hosting two meetings and implementing a scientific visit, as well as discussing two research papers within the higher diploma program for combating corruption.

It indicated that these events witnessed the participation of 355 beneficiaries, in the context of its efforts to develop institutional and human capabilities and enhance principles of integrity and transparency.
