Dozens of National Security Agency officers took the legal oath before the Presidency of the Baghdad/Al-Rusafa Appeal Court, following their designation as investigators upon completing a specialized, multi-month course at the Judicial Institute. During the ceremony, the judicial authority emphasized the critical role of the investigator as a fundamental pillar in the course of penal cases. The authority stressed the absolute necessity of adhering to impartiality, integrity, and high precision in documenting investigative procedures to safeguard citizens' rights and ensure justice.
