The Iraqi Ministry of Interior announced that the Falcons Intelligence Cell has achieved significant security results this year. The Ministry detailed that specialized teams successfully apprehended 446 individuals wanted under Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law, in addition to others accused of murder, kidnapping, and theft. According to an official statement, these accomplishments are the result of rigorous intelligence and field efforts based on gathering and analyzing information, and closely monitoring the movements of wanted persons. This led to precise operations that resulted in the suspects being handed over to competent judicial authorities. The Ministry emphasized that these successes highlight the efficiency and advanced capabilities of the Falcons Intelligence Cell in tracking fugitives. It stressed the importance of proactive intelligence work in closing in on criminals. The Ministry reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to pursuing perpetrators of crimes that threaten community safety, asserting that there is no safe haven for those fleeing justice and that security forces will continue their mission to uphold the rule of law.
