The Ministry of Justice has released its monthly report regarding the number of inmates discharged from correctional facilities under the Iraqi Reform Department, totaling 640 individuals across Baghdad and various governorates. The ministry specified that 419 inmates were released pursuant to diverse judicial rulings, while 221 individuals were granted release under the provisions of the General Amnesty Law. The ministry reaffirmed that the Iraqi Reform Department remains dedicated to executing release procedures immediately upon the completion of all legal requisites, ensuring compliance with established judicial frameworks in alignment with its professional and humanitarian obligations.
