The ministry’s spokesperson stated that the incident occurred when a speeding civilian vehicle collided with the ministerial car. The official traffic investigation placed 100% of the responsibility on the civilian driver for failing to adhere to speed limits and traffic regulations. The ministry confirmed that the accident caused no casualties or injuries, with damages strictly limited to material impacts on both vehicles and a section of the road barrier, adding that legal measures have been initiated against the driver at fault.
