Representatives from the Parliament clarified in televised statements that the ongoing discussions do not target a specific group but encompass a thorough review of multiple files, including the salaries of Rafha detainees, dual-salary earners, the phenomenon of "ghost employees," and addressing the illegal acquisition of financial entitlements. This accumulated imbalance is attributed to political influences and electoral favoritism that prevailed in previous periods at the expense of social justice standards, negatively impacting broad segments of employees, especially those in lower job grades who suffer from low-income levels. Parliamentary sources stressed the necessity of launching a "reform revolution" through an integrated program that restores balance and fairness to all categories, pointing out that the significant disparity in salaries among employees of different ministries necessitates a fair restructuring of the salary scale.
