dijlahpoint - The Arab Bloc in the Kirkuk Provincial Council stressed the need to accelerate the resolution of the administrative vacuum file in the governorate according to the principles of national partnership.
The bloc emphasized that addressing the current situation requires moving away from the policy of exclusion and marginalization and adopting genuine consensus among all components away from narrow interests.
It also called for urgent steps to restore administrative and service stability to meet the aspirations of the governorate's residents and guarantee the rights of everyone without exception.
