dijlahpoint - President of the Kurdistan Region Nechirvan Barzani affirmed that Baghdad represents the strategic and security depth for the region, stressing that the full implementation of the constitution is capable of resolving all ongoing disputes regarding salaries, the federal budget, and oil and gas management.

Speaking at the Sulaymaniyah Economic Summit, Barzani stated that the economies of the Kurdistan Region and Iraq are complementary, noting that a strong federal government strengthens the region. He called for empowering the private sector to shift from consumption to production, urging political differences not to hinder economic growth.

He added that the challenges facing the country lie not within the constitutional provisions but in the delay of their implementation, highlighting that federalism remains a source of stability for Iraq.
