The ministry explained that these measures aim to activate the oversight and evaluation role over governmental and private health institutions, and closely monitor the performance of restaurants, factories, pharmacies, and hospitals.
The directives also included conducting precise field evaluations for new officials, with the selection of replacements in direct coordination between concerned departments and the ministry's center to ensure performance efficiency.
